Shipping Companies and Delivery Times
We work with UPS, DPD, DHL, POSTNL, and HERMES. Delivery times vary by country.
Delivery generally takes between 2-4 and 5-6 business days. We ship to European Union countries. Orders are delivered to the shipping company within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time.
Return and Exchange Policy
In accordance with EU consumer rights regulations, you can return your products within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

- Products returned without a return request will not be accepted.
- Products must be unused, with the tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Used products cannot be returned.
