These dried sweet dolma peppers from Antep bring authentic, regionally typical flavour straight into your kitchen. Thanks to traditional sun-drying, the natural pepper aroma is concentrated, giving the pods a particularly intense and full-bodied taste when cooked.

The peppers are deseeded, dried and ready to fill. Each pack contains approx. 45–50 pieces – ideal for family meals, special occasions or stocking up. After briefly soaking, the pods become soft yet keep their shape, so they are easy to prepare with rice, bulgur, minced meat or vegetarian fillings.

Use & preparation

Soak the dried peppers in hot water for a few minutes until they are soft and pliable. Then fill them as desired and cook in a flavourful broth or sauce made with tomatoes, onions and spices. These dolma peppers are perfect for classic Turkish dishes, mezze platters or as an aromatic side dish.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Once opened, reseal as airtight as possible to preserve the peppers’ aroma.
