This handmade Kayseri-Kangal-Sucuk is made from carefully selected beef and is 100% halal. The typical Kangal shape and gentle maturation give it an intense, authentic flavour, just as it is known from Turkish cuisine.

Taste & usage

The finely balanced blend of classic sucuk spices provides a hearty, mildly spicy taste.
